Gratitude.




One thing I learnt from my favourite book this week is how important it is for us to start our day with some gratitude. From the moment we get out of bed, the first step "Thank" and then the second, 'You" and you carry on with a whole list of things you're grateful for. I personally decided to make this a habit for myself every morning, to take some time off to thank God for everything he has provided me with in my life. Just being thankful for the smallest things like "Thank You for a new day, Thank You for colour, Thank You for my legs that I am able to walk...." as you make your way to the bathroom and wash up, by the time you're ready to start your day, you've probably come up with countless of things to be thankful for. Because you have to agree with how "Gratitude is absolutely the way to bring more into your life" and you'll soon realise that you actually have an even longer list of things to be thankful for the next day, and the next and the next. Even being thankful for the things you don't have, but want so badly, sooner or later, you've got it! Because you have already given thanks in advance and you somehow attract it to you. "Whatever we think about and thank about, we bring about" I just thought of sharing this because trust me, all of you will definitely have a whole new perspective towards your life as you create your day every morning just by simply showing some gratitude.
