While waiting for lunch to happen at Asakusa, wearing what could only be a child's coat. And underneath- a teeny little surprise screams hello. Okay, sorry. I just failed at trying to sound literal but yeah, I was referring to my tu tu skirt. I was just about to say how much I love the way the little frills show beneath my little cape.
I've also successfully managed to once again pair a sweater with a tu tu. Can't find any other way that seems to justify it without looking like I walked out of swan lake or in any case, Harajuku. Everything here has been worn before here and here. Just moved into the Conrad here at Shimbashi and I can't believe I am actually staying here. My room has personalized teddy bears welcoming me with a beautiful dish of chocolates. An incredible view and a bath tubthat would put the ones in MBS to shame. Can't wait for breakfast in bed! Its just me and the city for the next few days. Or at least, thats how I like to think of it as. I've also interestingly learnt a fact about Tokyo train lines today during dinner: The length of the Yamamotei line is longer than the width of Singapore. In other words, oh my god!
