I came down with something towards the end of the weekend and got to spend my entire Monday almost bedridden, it has given me a lot to think about and I came across this article randomly on Vogue earlier and saw this so I thought I'd share. When I read it, I reread it again and again at least 10 times now because I fully wanted to grasp it- We learn so much about ourselves in the process of loving and losing. Of course I'm talking about the different relationships we share with the people in our lives, we fight, we judge, we lose ourselves…but when we all come back together again, we know where we stand and we know who we are even better. I believe everything happens for a reason, likewise with the people we meet who end up being a part of us. I don't think I've ever met anyone who hasn't taught me something about myself. And at the end of the day, love will make everything okay.
