EPIC SALAD.

This salad made my weekend epic on all levels. Medium-well minute steak I cut into strips, fresh figs (soOoOoOOOOoooooOoO good I cannot express how much I love this fruit) cherry tomatoes, blueberries, a perfectly poached egg over a bunch of romaine, spinach and rocket and some random leaves I cannot recall. If you're curious how I made my dressing, its basically made up of extra-virgin olive oil, some freshly squeezed lemon juice, a couple of tablespoons of honey, organic balsamic vinegar and mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste. Try it, I've always done my dressings based on taste and my likings but trust me you will love this combinationโ€ฆdreamt and drooled about this for awhile and for the record, probably my biggest hit on Instagram (Meowiie if you're not following!). Back to my busy week, even typing about salad is deemed therapeutic in my crazy schedule.
