British Fish Pie- Recipe
My first fish pie experience was in Sophie's home on a typical cold England evening and I remember it was the first time I've ever had a pie that wasn't literally a pie but probably my favourite kind of carbohydrates, potatoes! So it's a traditional British thing and has also become my favourite, thanks to her mom. What I love so much about a fish pie is that you can do it in so many different variations and the result is always so delicious. From different kinds of potatoes to your choice of seafood. I chose a regular white fish and salmon and topped it off with cheesy breadcrumbs. Prawns would have been perfect if I had the patience but whatever it is, trust me, you got to try this one.
