Long overdued as usual, I don't know what it is with me and posting up travel photos…the things that go through my head include 'save the best for last' and 'don't want to see the pics or I'll be sad' but yessss I'm finally getting to posting these up. It was a belated birthday trip I planned with my closest friends and off we went for 5 days. I won't go into the details of what we did and I genuinely hope you guys aren't bored of Bangkok posts here yet! I know I go pretty often….and I blog real slow. I'm currently still working on doing up a proper travel guide to Bangkok (up next month!) for this blog but I thought I'd share a couple of new restaurants we visited that might be worth your while if you're visiting the city:

Karmakamet Diner - More than a magical experience, top of the list for a reason.
30/1 Sukhumvit Soi 24

Cafe Claire - Brasserie done right, be sure to try the mango sticky rice baked in filo pastry.
Oriental Residences, 110 Wireless Road

Agalico - Prettiest place for tea & cakes, post here.
20 Sukhumvit Soi 51

T&K Seafood - Pretty darn good and cheap Thai-Chinese seafood, eaten truly the Thai way
49-51 Soi Phadung Dao, Chinatown (Just tell driver Yaowarat and it should be easy to spot, staff are dressed in green and guests are seated by the road)

Soul Food Mahanakorn - Thai street food with a twist and amazing cocktails!
56/10 Sukhumvit Soi 55, Thonglor

Maewaree - For the best Mango with Sticky Rice in Bangkok!
1 Sukhumvit Soi 55 Thonglor

Bo.Lan - Traditional Thai fine dining that is one of the city's best restaurants
42 Sukhumvit Soi 26

The guide will be up properly on the blog next month, so stay tuned. But the above palces are definitely some of my favourites. It's hard to feel disappointed by this city, so much to see, do and eat. Enjoy!
